Comic Sketches

I am to create and mail a comic by the 20th November (project on Swap-Bot), so I'd better start.

The fact that a short comic drawing course at the adult education centre actually is happening is rather lucky. The instructor started by telling us to come up with a figure or two, so here are my sketches. Then he asked for at least a different pose and expression, judging from his comments because in previous courses he came across people who were able to produce really good first images of a character, but only because they'd copied and memorized that one image from somewhere, and he wanted to see what we could do.

I'm re-using characters, because I want to. The thingy at the right, above the dog, is supposed to be an animated root, and may or may not show up, I'm not sure yet.
